Which countries does Gianni Lupo ship to?

We ship all over Italy.

Can I save money by buying online?

We adopt the same pricing policy online and offline, unless its otherwise stated in promotional campaigns.

Are the pictures on the website realistic?

The product that you see on the screen will be the same as the one delivered to you, unless it is clearly stated that it may vary.

How can I keep updated on the latest arrivals and promotions?

You will only need to sign up to the newsletter. We will provide weekly newsletters regarding mainly new products and current promotions.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Unsubscribing is very easy, all you have to do is to click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email that is sent to you weekly.

How do I retrieve my forgotten password?

In the login section you will need to click on the Forgot my password link and follow the instructions.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. You can check your order by accessing My account page and by clicking my order history.

Can I delete products from my order?

You can only delete single products in the shopping chart before it has been processed.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Only if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse, you will be able to cancel your order. This can be done by sending us an e-mail at giannicares@giannilupo.com stating the order reference that you want to cancel.

I have been sent a faulty garment.

Gianni Lupo checks all its garments meticulously. In the rare case you should receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service at giannicares@giannilupo.com.

I have been sent the wrong item.

In case you have been delivered the wrong item, please contact our customer service for further information at giannicares@giannilupo.com.
