Returns and Exchanges

Within 14 days from the day you have received the package, you can return your order. Each order will only have one FREE pick-up return.

To request a return you will need to: 

  1.      Enter the 'Order history and details' section in your account.
  2.      Select the 'Details' of the order you want to make the return.
  3.      Select the products you want to return.
  4.      Lastly write your motivation in the box 'Returns' and click 'Request return'.

We will then check your return request. If approved we will send you a confirmation e-mail and our courier will contact you to arrange a pick up time.

Once we have received your package, our team will check the integrity of the products. If the products are valid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and a full refund of your returned purchases will be sent to you (within 10-14 working days).

You can check the status of your returns in the 'My merchandise returns' section.

Unfortunately we do not do exchanges, in these circumstances we advice you to make a normal return to us and make a new purchase through our website. 

Returned products in any of these conditions will not be accepted: 

  • Sent to us after 14 days of delivery.
  • Worn.
  • Used.
  • Damaged.
  • Absence of original label.

For hygiene reason, products like underwear and socks will not be accepted if returned without the protective film. 

We will not be responsible for products returned by mistake.
