Shipping

Delivery location

• We deliver all over Italy. For shipments to other European countries, please click here.
• You will be able to decide any location to receive your order. Every address that you will use can be saved, re-named (Home, Work etc...) and easily selected when you check-out.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders to smaller islands and remote locations. 

Prices

• Shipping to enabled European countries will cost € 15.00 for orders under € 100.00.
• Shipping to the US will be charged a standard rate of € 40.00 returns will be at the cost of the customer.

Time

• Usually 3-7 working days Europe, 6-8 working days for US deliveries.

Order status

• When you complete an order or your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
• You can check the status of your orders from the 'Order History'. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail from our courier with a tracking number, which you will need to insert into our courier's website.
